Make sure your device is charged and you have a strong Wi-Fi signal. Do not have your link open on multiple devices or browsers – this can cause issues for you!
We sent unique links out on June 12, so make sure to keep it handy.️ Don’t see it? Check that pesky spam folder or login into My Tickets by 8:00 AM ET the morning of the presale to pull it yourself. Still need help? Our Customer Service superheroes can come to the rescue at [email protected] , but we highly suggest reaching out before the presale begins. If you click on the link before 10:00 AM ET, the webpage will automatically refresh; no need to do it yourself! Don’t refresh the page unless prompted to do so. When the queue opens, everyone will enter at the same time, and spots will be assigned randomly.
Tickets are not secure until they are in your cart. Select your ticket types and click ‘Check Out’ to ensure add them to your cart! (Don’t fret about adding merch on the first page, you can add it to your cart later in the checkout process. So, make sure you secure your tickets on the first page, then move on in the checkout process, and add merch before you complete your purchase.) You then have 8 minutes to check out!
 If you get too excited and get through the checkout process without buying merch, you can go back afterwards to make your merch orders with your presale link. Please note that we are unable to combine shipping. |

You do not need to assign each ticket to an individual email during the checkout process. Instead, once the My Tickets hub opens after the Fan Ver Presale on June 14, you can log in to transfer the tickets to your friends and family.
