RECEIVING YOUR ACCESS CODE
Tonight, Tuesday, September 27, you will receive your unique access code and a link to shop for tickets.
The Verified Fan Presale begins tomorrow at 10am local venue time. There is a four (4) ticket limit per code. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed.
TIPS FOR A SMOOTHER WAITING ROOM & PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
- The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes prior to the start of each presale window. At that time, log in with the same Ticketmaster email and password used for your Verified Fan registration. Attempting to join The Waiting Room with a different Ticketmaster account will not be permitted.
- Review your Stored Billing to confirm your credit card is valid and your billing address is up-to-date.
- When shopping for tickets, you must do so from a single device. Signing into the same account on multiple devices may result in errors.
On your device, you may open one tab per show. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets for the same show may result in errors
